Field Tracking Configuration

Organized Folder Structure
Both Google Drive and SharePoint backups use a systematic hierarchy: Root folder -> Object folders (Account, Contact, Lead) -> Record folders -> individual CSV files. Encrypted data is stored in separate files with clear naming.
Visual Storage Indicator
Before backing up to Google Drive, see exactly how much space you have. The visual bar chart shows Used space, Remaining space, Folders count, and Files count for any selected folder.
Merge CSV Files
Consolidate multiple backup CSVs into unified reports. The Merged CSV Data view lets you filter by Name, Object, Field, Old Value, New Value, Date/Time, User, and DND flag. For encrypted fields, the corresponding encrypted Old and New value fields are shown instead. Export merged data for compliance reporting.
DND Protection
Mark audit-critical field changes as Do Not Delete. DND-flagged records are protected from accidental deletion, ensuring your compliance trail stays intact.
Encrypted Field Support
